A very good shoulder. My feeling is that I preferred the Cuatro Jotas bought last December - but could this be the difference between a winter bought and a summer bought shoulder?
As ever the sevice was brilliant and the delivery without problems.
As I already have a carving knife and stand, it would be nice for there to be an automated alternative when purchasing to supply something different.

Une épaule très bonne. Mon sentiment est que je préfère le Jotas Cuatro acheté dernière Décembre - mais cela pourrait être la différence entre un hiver et un été acheté acheté l'épaule? Comme toujours le sevice était brillante et la livraison sans problèmes. Comme je l'ai déjà un couteau à découper et d'éligibilité , ce serait bien pour qu'il y ait une alternative automatique lors de l'achat de fournir quelque chose de différent. Meilleurs voeux et je serai de nouveau à l'achat de Noël!
No question this is the best Jamon Jabugo I have ever bought. My only regret is that we did not have enough people visiting to warrant buying a leg instead of a shoulder. This will definitely be a regular Christmas present from me to me, and any other time of the year I can think of an excuse. My children and grandchildren visit in August so I think I see another reason for a purchase. Incidentally, the knife and stand were first class as well and, after a bit of practice, cutting ham is not a problem. We also got some excellent frying fat by reducing the skin and off-cuts of fat to render dripping. And we used the bones to flavour a stew!
Pas question, c'est la meilleure Jamon Jabugo que j'ai jamais acheté. Mon seul regret est que nous n'avons pas assez de gens en visite pour justifier l'achat d'une jambe au lieu d'une épaule. Ce sera certainement un cadeau de Noël régulière de moi à moi, et tout autre moment de l'année je ne peux penser à une excuse. Mes enfants et petits-enfants visiter en août alors je crois que je vois une autre raison pour un achat. Par ailleurs, le couteau et se sont de première classe ainsi et, après un peu de pratique, la coupe du jambon n'est pas un problème. Nous avons également obtenu quelques excellents friture grasse en réduisant la peau et les chutes de matière grasse pour rendre gouttes. Et nous avons utilisé les os pour parfumer un ragoût!
